Wellness: Welcome

We live in a world focused on wellness, self-care, stress management, happiness and joy. Yet, for most people, the terms are more likely to be hashtags and aspirations than present-day experiences or tangible goals.

So, how do we internalize and prioritize wellness? How do we make it our focus, our practice, our anchor? What do we need to know and understand about wellness for it to go from being an abstract trend to becoming a personal value?

To begin, remember that self-care is not selfish...

We all need self-care...

It can be scary...

But it's important!

You Matter! You are not alone! You got this!
