American Medical Center (AMC) Promotional Film

This promotional film was created by Jewish Consumptives Relief Society (JCRS) & American Medical Center (AMC) staff to share with the community the work in respiratory health conducted on our campus. The film was listed as made in 1934. However, JCRS did not become AMC until the 1940s.

Content Warning: This film contains references to animal testing by AMC researchers. Although this may be problematic to today's viewers, animal testing was common in medical facilities in the early 20th century in which JCRS and AMC operated.
